    A Family Talk Initiative

The Family Talk Initiative is an effort to provide a platform for our community to talk about the issues facing us as a nation of people. “Family Talk” is primarily for persons of African origin and African descent because as a people, there are conditions, atrocities, and needs that only our people are experiencing in this country today. We must come together to understand what the issues are and figure out how we can solve our problems for ourselves.

“Candles in the Dark” is one of 3 films in this film/discussion series.  It is hoped that this initiative will inspire more of us to step up and provide the kind of laser focused leadership and strategic uplifting actions that will advance our people  spiritually, economically, and politically in this time and for future generations.
